HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM
1. Contact us via email at email@example.com. A customer service representative will explain how to go about your return request and record all the necessary product return information.
2. The customer service representative will arrange a free collection via courier to be sent to our nearest service centre. The item will need to be securely packaged and left in a suitable area for collection from your home.
3. As soon as the return has been received, a replacement product will be sent to you.
