Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.


1. Contact us via email at A customer service representative will explain how to go about your return request and record all the necessary product return information.

2. The customer service representative will arrange a free collection via courier to be sent to our nearest service centre. The item will need to be securely packaged and left in a suitable area for collection from your home.

3. As soon as the return has been received and declared faulty, a replacement product will be sent to you.
