Returns Policy

Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

You can choose between an exchange, refund or credit for cost of item only where goods are faulty, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised. Exchanged items are returned and new items shipped free of charge.


1. Contact us via email at A customer service representative will explain how to go about your return request and record all the necessary product return information.

2. The customer service representative will arrange a free collection via courier to be sent to our nearest supplier service centre. The item will need to be securely packaged and left in a suitable area for collection from your home.

3. As soon as the return has been received and declared faulty by our supplier, a replacement product will be sent to you.
